Meesho payment file download and supported formats
Find the settlement workbook your Meesho profit calculator needs. Required sheet layout, accepted Excel formats and common import mistakes.

Use the settlement payment workbook containing an Order Payments sheet. An invoice PDF, screenshot or unrelated tax summary does not contain the rows this calculator reads.
Find the report in your account
Sign in to your own Meesho Supplier Panel, open the payments or settlement area and look for its download/report option. The existing tool walkthrough describes Payments → Download → Payments to Date and filenames containing PAYMENT_FILE. Panel labels can change; we have not independently verified the current signed-in screen. Confirm that your download has the required structure below rather than relying on a name alone.
Choose the settlement/payment period you want to analyze. Keep the original workbook unchanged and store it securely: it can contain business and order information. Payment dates and order dates are separate fields.
Accepted file types and sheet structure
The upload picker accepts .xlsx, .xlsm and .xls. Prefer the original .xlsx payment download. Macros are not executed by the tool. A CSV is not a substitute for this multi-sheet payment workbook; the optional orders CSV parser is not exposed by this upload flow.
The supported parser expects:
- A sheet named Order Payments.
- Header cells on the second row, followed by a legend/formula row and data beginning on the fourth row.
- Fields including Sub Order No, Supplier SKU, Live Order Status, Order Date, Payment Date, Final Settlement Amount, Quantity, Total Sale Amount (Incl. Shipping & GST) and Return Shipping Charge (Incl. GST) where provided.
- Optional account sheets Ads Cost, Referral Payments, and Compensation and Recovery, using the matching source export layout.
Do not rename sheets, insert headings or reorder structural rows before importing. Future export layouts may require a parser update. This guidance is checked against SellerWala’s supported parser, not a promise of compatibility with every spreadsheet.
Import and add costs
Open the payment-file profit calculator, add the workbook and continue to Costs. Enter making and packing costs per unit, or export the SKU cost template, fill it in and import it back. That template is different from a payment file and from the pricing forecast guide.
Continue through Expenses and review the dashboard. Missing costs are flagged and can make estimates too high. Document contents stay local; internet is needed to load the site and required assets.
Troubleshoot imports
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Missing Order Payments | Download the settlement workbook rather than a tax/invoice report |
| Empty or unusable results | Keep the original rows and check required headers and data |
| Same period in several downloads | Review overlap notices and reconcile the final total |
| Costs missing after switching device | Import your SKU cost backup; local storage is device-specific |
Use the settlement explanation and worked example to check the output. See the glossary for SKU, settlement and RTO.
