Download your shipping-label PDF, add it to the cropper, choose your output size and invoice option, then create and download the result. This walkthrough focuses on that file workflow; printer configuration has its own guide.

Download and add the PDF

Download shipping labels for the orders you are dispatching from your supplier panel. Open the free Meesho label cropper and add one or several PDFs. The files are opened locally in your browser; their contents are not uploaded. Internet is needed to load the site and required assets, including code loaded on first use.

Supported PDFs have the label above the invoice. The cropper searches page text for an invoice boundary rather than assuming every page is split into equal halves. Scanned PDFs or changed layouts may need inspection; check the preview and downloaded output.

Choose output and invoice handling

What you print on Choose
4×6 inch stickers 4×6 inches — 101.6×152.4 mm
3×5 inch stickers 3×5 inches — 76.2×127 mm
Ordinary A4 paper A4 with 1, 2 or 4 labels per sheet

The size guide explains the measurements. In Invoice, choose Crop it away for labels only or Keep it for full pages. Under more options, Save invoices as a separate PDF retains invoices when cropping them away. See invoice handling before choosing.

Sort, create and download

  1. Keep original order or sort by SKU, courier, pickup hub or colour and size.
  2. Enable multi-unit orders first or separate PDFs per courier if useful for your packing process.
  3. Press Create and wait for processing to finish.
  4. Download the labels and optional invoice or courier files. Use the SKU pick list to prepare stock.
  5. Inspect several pages, including orders with different item counts. Match the PDF, driver and stock dimensions; print and scan one test label before the batch.

Synthetic example: for 12 orders of one SKU and 8 of another, sorting by SKU groups the two packing runs. The pick list counts the units to pull; an order with two pieces still needs two pieces even if it has one label. SKU and AWB definitions explain the difference.

Continue to printing

Use the thermal printer configuration guide for driver, scaling and media settings. If the label looks tiny, use small-label troubleshooting. A correct crop alone does not guarantee barcode scanning.
