Meesho label crop with invoice — keep, remove or save it
Three ways to handle the tax invoice when you crop Meesho labels — label only, label with invoice, or labels and invoices as two PDFs — and when to use each.

Supported label PDFs show the shipping label above the tax invoice; layouts and split heights vary. Most sellers want only the label on the sticker. But many also need the invoice, either to put in the parcel or to keep for GST records.
So “crop with invoice” can mean three different things. The Meesho label cropper does all three, and the difference is one setting.
Option 1: label only
Setting: Invoice → Crop it away
The invoice is cut off and you get the shipping label by itself, sized for your printer. This is what you want for a 4x6 or 3x5 thermal label, where there is no room for anything else.
Use it when you do not need a printed invoice at all.
Option 2: label with invoice, together
Setting: Invoice → Keep it
Nothing is cut off. Every page keeps its label and its invoice, exactly as Meesho laid them out. What you gain over the original file is everything else the cropper does: the pages are sorted by SKU, courier or pickup hub, and you get the SKU summary for packing.
Use it when you print on A4 and cut the page yourself, or when you want the label and invoice to stay together for each order.
Option 3: labels and invoices as two PDFs
Setting: Invoice → Crop it away, plus Save invoices as a separate PDF
You get two downloads:
- a PDF of labels, sized for the label printer, and
- a PDF of invoices, one per page.
Use it when the label goes on a thermal sticker and the invoice goes on plain paper, or when you only want to file the invoices and not print them.
Which one should you pick?
| You want | Pick |
|---|---|
| Just a sticker for the parcel | Label only |
| Label and invoice on one printed page | Label with invoice |
| Sticker for the parcel, invoice on plain paper | Two PDFs |
| Sticker for the parcel, invoices saved for GST | Two PDFs |
Keeping labels and invoices in the same order
If you print labels and invoices separately, they need to come out in the same order, or you will spend the afternoon matching them up. Choose the sort order before you press Create and use the two files from the same run.
How the invoice is found
The cropper does not cut at a fixed height. It reads each page for the TAX INVOICE heading and splits the page there. A label with a long product table, from an order with several items, is handled using detected text. Changed or scanned layouts may not be recognized; inspect pages with different item counts before printing a batch.
The short version
- Crop it away gives you the label only.
- Keep it gives you the label with the invoice.
- Save invoices as a separate PDF gives you both, as two files.
- Your original Meesho file is never changed.
