Which printer size should you pick?
4 x 6 inch
The common thermal sizeThe default for most Indian label printers — TSC, TVS, Rugtek, Honeywell and the rest. Output is a PDF with a true 4x6 inch page, so the printer prints it at 100% with no scaling and no margin.
3 x 5 inch
Smaller thermal rollsSame idea at a smaller page size. Pick this only if your roll is genuinely 3x5 — printing a 4x6 label on a 3x5 roll crops it, rather than shrinking it.
A4, 1 / 2 / 4 per sheet
No thermal printer yetPacks cropped labels onto an ordinary A4 sheet with a quarter-inch margin, rotating each label to fill its cell. Four per sheet is the usual choice: cut once across and once down.
What's on a Meesho shipping label
Worth knowing, because these are the fields the cropper can sort and stamp by.
- AWB number
- The 12–20 digit tracking number printed above the barcode. It is what the courier scans, and what your customer types into a tracking page.
- SKU
- Your own product code. The cropper reads it from the product table and can sort the whole batch by it, so identical items come off the printer together.
- Pickup hub
- The courier branch collecting the parcel, printed under the courier name. Sorting by hub groups everything going out on the same van.
- Tax invoice
- The GST invoice Meesho prints on the same page, below the label. It is not part of the shipping label and is what the cropper removes — though you can keep it, or save all invoices into a separate PDF for your records.

Does it work with Valmo labels?
Yes, and with every other courier Meesho uses. The tool finds the cut line by looking for the TAX INVOICE heading in the page text rather than slicing at a fixed height, and it reads the courier name from its position on the label rather than from a list of known names. A courier we have never seen is handled the same way as one we have.
Will the cropped label print at the right size on my thermal printer?
Yes. The output PDF has a real 4x6 inch (or 3x5 inch) page size, not an A4 page with a small label in the corner. Print it at 100% scale with "fit to page" turned off and it fills the roll exactly. If labels come out small with white edges, that is almost always a scaling setting in the print dialog rather than the file.
Can I print Meesho labels without a thermal printer?
Yes — choose the A4 option and pick 1, 2, or 4 labels per sheet. Four per sheet on ordinary paper is what most sellers start with before buying a label printer. Stick them on with tape and cut along the gaps.
How many labels can I crop at once?
Batches of a few thousand pages work, and you can add several PDFs at once if you export in parts or run more than one Meesho account. Files are processed one at a time and released as they finish, so the limit is closer to your device's memory than to any cap we set. Very large batches are noticeably slower on a phone than on a laptop.
Does the tool remove the tax invoice permanently?
It never touches your original file — the download is a new PDF. You can also keep the invoice attached, or save every invoice into a second PDF, which is worth doing if you file them for GST. Either way the original stays exactly as Meesho gave it to you.
Is it safe to upload my customer addresses here?
Nothing is uploaded. The PDF is opened and rewritten by JavaScript running inside your own browser, and there is no server that could receive it — which is why the tool keeps working with your Wi-Fi off. See the privacy policy for what our ad and analytics providers do and do not see.
